At KUTIVZ, every order is prepared with care to ensure your Afro-Luxury fashion and couture pieces arrive beautifully and securely packaged.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight/size

  • Courier service selected

Available shipping options and their costs will be clearly displayed during checkout. Please review and select your preferred shipping method before completing your order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Dispatch & Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Sunday to Friday): Processed and dispatched the next working day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on Saturdays: Processing will begin two days later.

During peak seasons, fashion events, or holidays, dispatch and delivery times may vary slightly.

If you require your item for a specific date (e.g., event, travel, celebration), please order in advance.

Delivery & Courier Service

We partner with trusted third-party couriers for both domestic and international delivery.

Once your order leaves our studio, transit times are the responsibility of the courier.
Therefore, KUTIVZ cannot be held liable for:

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Lost parcels

  • Courier damages
